Message threads do not send notifications unless someone is mentioned

In the message threads, when you mention someone they get a notification, however, if that person responds to the thread without mentioning you, you don't get a notification. I think once anyone is mentioned in a thread they should get all the following comments as notifications.

We're reworking the whole area of commenting and notifications, threads are coming, and with them notification to threads that you're mentioned in, we will keep you posted.
