Mobile App Isn't Showing Linked Records

Below are the screenshots. For example in this case we have a Contact as a linked list. Which is seen on web application. Here it says 1 record, because there is a record. But when we click it on a mobile app (Inluding android tablets and newest IOS versions) we cannot see the record.

Could you kindly help us by providing the following info:
1- A screenshot of the same record on you desktop/laptop, we of course advice you to blur any sensitive data
2- Can you confirm that it's the same user that can see the record on Dektop/Laptop but not on their account on mobile app
