Allow user to change date display to be 12 March 2022 instead of 2022-03-12.

Allow all cells and reports and automation to use different date formats. E.g 12 March 2022 / 2022-03-12 / 12/3/2022.

This is now live, you can update the date format from the workspace settings, and each user can select their own date formatting from their account settings.
