link a cell to row in another table

In an application
i have a table called processes where i have created different column to create a process. This table covers processes of entire organisation.
I have another set of tables, one table for each department which has different columns for grouping different processes.In this table each cell actually shows name of the process of that department. Now i want facility to link that cell to detailed process contained in process table.
